南水北调中线电子渠道平台建设(魏加华 王光谦 陈志祥 张成 王开)
摘要:南水北调中线工程输水线路长,沿线分水口门和控制设施多,水力学及调度控制响应是工程设计与运行管理的关键。在收集、整理南水北调中线相关资料的基础上,建立了南水北调中线基础地理、输水线路、控制工程及相关建筑物的综合数据库。采用自主开发的tgis平台,集成了南水北调中线总干渠一维和局部二维、三维数学模型,在该平台下,能够进行输水能力计算、水力控制响应分析,为工程设计、管理和运行调度提供了基础平台。

abstract: the main channel of the middle route project of south-to-north water transfer has a long route, a vast water supply district and numerous water-diverting outlets along the channel, hydraulic feature and response time and sensitive to operation are most important problems for engineer designing and operating. both spatial and attribute data of the water diversion project related are managed d on rdbms. four computation models for hydraulic calculating the channel flow of the whole channel reaches are developed and integrated with tgis. under the digital canal platform, the water transfer capability, canal operation responsibility and canal performance can be fulfilled. the integrated digital canal can be used for the engineering design, project management and water supply regulation.

1引言
南水北调中线工程是一个复杂的大型跨流域调水工程,输水总干渠渠线长、南北跨度大,供水区范围广。南水北调中线工程纵横1 277 km,总干线(含天津干线)穿越大小河流686条,其中集流面积大于20 km2的205条。全线有各种交叉建筑物1 753座。按建筑物类型分,大型河渠交叉建筑物(交叉断面以上集水面积在20 km2以上)共有164座,左岸排水建筑物(交叉断面以上集水面积小于20 km2)有468座,渠渠交叉建筑物有133座,铁路交叉建筑物有41座,公路交叉建筑物有736座,控制建筑物201座,输水隧洞有9座,泵站1座,共计1 753座[1]。从中线长距离调水工程的调水能力和水力调配过程来看,总干渠的设计特点为断面大、流速小,沿程众多的渡
