【摘要】自杀是重要的公共卫生问题。但目前国内的研究焦点主要关注的是怎样预测和预防自杀的发生等方面，对
自杀者的心理解剖工作却几乎没有开展。本文重点介绍并讨论了已经在国外开展了40年的针对自杀者的心理解剖工作
的概念、工作原则和具体操作方法，为国内专业人士更准确地了解自杀者死亡的心理学原因和其他相关的危险因素，为更
好地预防和控制自杀提供了一条新的途径。

【abstract】suicide is a serious problem that endangers public heath．anyhow，current researches in this area mostly
focus on its predicti0n and prevention． in china， few studies on psychological autopsy have been done while it has been in
dractice in 0ther c0untile8 for 40 years． this article mainly explains and discusses the concept of psychological autopsy and its
principles and specific operating methods．the authors intend to present to the chinese professionals in this field accurately the
dsychological causes and other relevant risk factors concerning suicides， and help them develop a new channel to prevent and
control suicide before it really happens．

、关于自杀研究的空白
目前已知自杀是重要的公共卫生问题，各方面专
业人士对于自杀现象都比较重视。但是，迄今研究的
重点几乎都集中在了怎样对自杀现象预测、评估、预
防以及怎样制止业已发现的自杀现象、医治因自杀未
遂而受伤的人等方面。而在具体工作中，每当发生了
自杀现象，除了积极救治自杀未遂者外，就是对自杀
死亡者进行积极的善后，还可能会依靠媒体空洞地呼
吁一下要珍惜自己仅有的一次生命，并对自杀的社会
和心理原因进行某些主观臆断性的胡乱猜测。除此之
外。大家似乎就再也无事可做，并无可奈何地被动等
待着下一次自杀出现。
这就导致了一个怪现象：媒体的正面呼吁却起到
了推波助澜的作用．似乎在暗示人们自杀是一种能够
引起社会重视的手段，或是给人们的模仿提供了榜
样。因此，当某人——尤其是社会名流，例如香港演员
张国荣—— 自杀后，社会上就会相继出现一大批追随
者接连自杀，甚至追随
