摘要：介绍了北京市郊区农村供水的现状, 从水量, 水质等几方面进行了分析, 并以朝阳区农村安全饮水工程为例, 分析提出了针对相关存在问题的不同解决方案, 并提出了几种实际可行的水处理工艺。通过对整个工程的总结, 提出了针对保证农村安全饮水相应的一些保障措施。

随着水资源短缺的日益严重和水环境污染的加剧,我国农村供水水质安全已经受到严重威胁。农村供水水质安全既关系到广大农民的身体健康、生命安全和社会稳定, 又涉及到城市经济社会的可持续发展, 还直接关系到投资环境质量和国际声誉。

 

1 北京市郊区农村供水现状

 

1.1 水资源短缺与过量开采

 

北京属资源型重度缺水地区, 人均水资源量不足300 m3, 远远低于国际人均1 000 m3 的缺水下限。农村用水管理薄弱。众多的乡属工业、村和村以下工业用水计量不完善, 对水费难以做到以量计征, 势必造成地下水资源的不合理开采和浪费。目前郊区地下水资源的开采总量缺乏有效控制, 地下水超
