【摘要】 目的建立腐败肝脏组织中氯氮平的高效液相色谱分析方法。 方法采用hypersil ods柱(150mm×
4．6mm id，5(m)，流动相为甲醇：水(80：20)，内含0．025 mo[／l的磷酸二氢钠和0．01 mo[／l的十二烷基磺酸钠(sds)
(ph5)。检测波长为：222 nm，228 nm和259 nm。 结果 用该方法从腐败肝脏组织中检出氯氮平。 结论 所建立
的高效液相色谱分析方法适用于腐败生物检材中氯氮平的检识，能为法医鉴定工作提供方法。

【abstractl 0bjective for the purposes of detecting clozapine in decay liver． methods a hplc method was devel—
oped．samples were extracted by ether，compounds were separated on ods hypersil column(4．6mm i．d．×150mm)eluted

嗪基)一5h一二苯并[b，e]一[1，4]二氮杂卓，是一种抗精神病
药，主要用于治疗精神分裂症，由于其具有较高的抗精神分裂症
