【摘要】 目的研究汉族群体海洛因成瘾与多巴胺一d2(drd2)基因的分布规律之间的关系。方法检测drd2基因
上三个位点的多态性(启动子141c、ser31icys，和taqi)在1000例华南汉族海洛因成瘾群体和200例对照中的分布规律。结
果除启动子141c在成瘾和正常对照组分布有差异外，ser31lcys、taql无明显差异。

80年代以来，我国海洛因依赖的发生率逐年增
高。1993年全国5地区流行病学调查研究结果显示，
非法成瘾物质使用率高达1．08％．绝大多数是海洛因
滥用与成瘾。blum等报告多巴胺d2受体基因多态性
与物质依赖有关联，但是随后的一系列重复研究结果
不一致。为此，我们对华南汉族群体海洛因成瘾个体
多巴胺一d2(drd2)基因的分布规律进行调查研究，同
时用关联分析的方法分析
