摘要:：影响城市规划的因素有许多,文章认为自然因素应该更多的在城市规划中起到主导作用。本文阐述了城市规划的概念、城市规划的构成、科学内涵、自然环境、自然因素的保护对城市规划的影响及生态学原理在城市规划中的应用。城市规划应该更多的反映社会和民众的呼声，而不应成为行政和金钱的奴隶。许多国家　已经将自然环境、自然因素的保护作为城市现代化水平和文明程度的一个衡量标准。

abstract: the factors that affect the city planning have many, the article thinks that the nature factor shoulds be more to rises in city planning predominant function. this text expatiated the protection of the composing, science content, natural environment, nature factor of the concept, city planning of the city planning to influence and ecology principles of the city planning in the application in the city planning. the city planning should reflect the society morely with the civil noise of shouting, but shouldn't become the administration with the peculiarly slave. many nations have modernized the protection conduct and actions city of the natural environment, nature factor to level with the civilization degree of a measures the standard.

一、城市规划的概念和影响

城市规划有一个规模庞大、关系复杂的动态生态系统，由社会、经济，自然系统复合而成，具有开放性、依赖性、脆弱性等特点，极易受到环境条件变动的干扰。城市规划是国家或一定区域的政治、经济、文化中心，是建设和发展的主要载体。在城市规划问题中，既有自然的组成要素，又有高度人工化的组成要素，近一、二十年来，随着世界范围内城市化进程不断加快、环境问题的加剧，人们已越来越认识到自然系统对城市道路、城市绿地系统、及改善城市环境质量的重要性，而这些都可归结为城市规划范畴内。

城市规划的作用是引导和控制整个城市建设和发展的基本依据和手段。城市规划的基本任务是城市规划是根据一定时间社会发展的目标和要求，确定城市性质、规模和发展放行，统筹安排各类用地和空间资源，综合部署各项建设，以实现经济和社会可持续发展。
