摘要：以崇青水库洪水预报调度系统开发和应用为背景, 在分析其工作现状和存在问题基础上,从系统功能需求分析、系统详细设计和系统应用与管理方面分别进行了论述, 阐述了崇青水库洪水预报调度系统的开发建设过程, 洪水预报调度的方法, 崇青水库洪水预报调度系统应用, 并提出了提高洪水预报精度的一些想法, 该系统的建设对提高崇青水库洪水预报调度工作水平起到了重要作用。

崇青水库是北京市中型水库之一, 2005 年又被确定为全国重点防洪中型水库。崇青水库预报调度系统的建设, 实现了对洪水进行有效的预报, 同时根据调度方案提供有效的调度结果, 为防汛会商提供重要的科学依据, 可大大提高对洪水预报的精度和正确性,防汛调度决策和指挥抢险救灾更加现代化、科学化,并向北京市防汛抗旱及水资源指挥调度系统提供相应的信息服务, 对保证房山区乃至首都的防汛抗旱具有实际意义。

 

1 水库基本情况

 

崇青水库是崇各庄水库和青龙头水库的简
