1 北关分洪枢纽工程概况

 

北运河(包括温榆河、运潮减河)是南北大运河的北端, 是北京市的一条主要排洪河道, 是城近郊区的排水干流。新中国成立以来, 为治理其领域灾害和开发水资源, 先后兴建中小型水库10座, 1960年于通州镇北关建成北运河拦河闸, 1963年建成运潮减河分洪闸, 共同组成北关分洪枢纽工程。
