摘要：通过对现阶段防汛业务管理的分析, 提出基于网格化的防汛业务管理模式, 并且就防汛业务的网格化基本内容、技术流程和管理技术平台一一进行了探讨, 对提高城市防汛业务管理手段, 提出了新的思路。
