摘要：针对青浦区河道整治的工程实践，在明确河道综合整治目标的基础上，提出了河道综合治理的对策，即以生态工法的理念为指导，在满足水安全和人们对水的各种需求外，还满足水域生态系统的完整性的要求，恢复与建设洁净的水环境，实现人与自然的和谐相处。

abstract: in this paper, the ive for the rivers regulation in qingpu and correspond strategy are proposed. directing by the idea of eco-hydraulic engineering, the regulation not only satisfied the water safty and required of people, but also satisfied the completed of ecology in water area, and restore and found a clear water environment and then realize a coexistence of human and nature.

1.青浦区河道的现状与生态问题

青浦区位于上海西郊，于东经120°53?@~121°17?@和北纬30°59?@~31°16?@之间；东与闵行区毗邻，南与松江区、金山区及浙江嘉善县接壤，西连江苏省的吴江、昆山两市，北与嘉定区相接。

青浦区地处长江三角洲冲积平原，位于太湖流域下游。境内河道纵横交错，水流相互贯通。全区共有大小河道1817条，总长度2155.07km，其中，上海市管河道7条，长度111.24km；青浦区管河道16条，长度127.4km；镇管河道150条，长度409.22km；村管河道1644条，长度1507.21km。全区湖泊共21个，总面积59.32km2，岸线长度91.03km。整体上看西部地区湖荡簇聚，东部地区水面积相比较少。青浦区为平原感潮水网地区，境内河港多受潮汐影响。本区既受上游来水影响，又受下游潮水顶托作用。
