摘要：分析了昌平区地下水资源量和可开采量现状及近年来开采情况与开发利用中存在的主要问题, 在此基础上, 提出了地下水资源合理利用的方案和对策。

在昌平区, 地下水在生活饮用、农田灌溉、工业生产、城市发展和维系良好生态与环境方面发挥了重要作用。但是, 近年来, 随着昌平区经济持续增长和城市化进程的加快, 水资源紧缺程度不断加重, 地表水来水量减少, 超量开采地下水, 导致地下水位持续下降, 同时由于废污水过量排放和面源污染的不断加剧, 造成地下水水质恶化。地下水资源开发利用中存在的诸多问题已严重危及昌平区水资源的可持续利用,对经济社会可持续发展和生态安全构成威胁, 加强对地下水资源的管理和保护刻不容缓。

1 昌平区地下水资源现状

1.1 地下水资源量与可开采量

根据2002 年北京市昌平区水资源评价成果, 全区多年平均地下水总资源量为2.36 亿m3, 其中平原区地下水资源量为2.12 亿m3, 山区地下水资源量为1.34亿m3, 重复量为1.10m3。

昌平区地下水多年平均可开采量为1.96 亿m3, 其中平原区地下水多年平均可开采量为1.72 亿m3, 山区地下水多年平均可开采量为0.24 亿m3。
