大鼠肝脏和骨骼肌DNA降解与死亡时间的关系
【摘要】 目的本研究的目的是了解大鼠肝脏和骨骼肌dna降解与死亡时间的关系。 方法实验
选择21只大鼠,分为7组,每组3只,一组即时处死作为对照,余六组处死后,分别于死后2、4、8、12、24、36小
时分别取肝脏、骨骼肌各一块,福尔马林固定,切片,feulgen染色法染色,自动图像分析仪测量,统计学处理数
据。 结果dna降解的幅度在不同时间存在不一致的现象。 结论肝细胞dna的降解与死亡时间在统
计学上存在回归拟合关系。
