【摘要】 目的 为法医学上闭合性颅脑损伤的早期诊断和损伤时间推断提供依据。 方法 建立大鼠脑液压冲
击模型。用免疫组化与图像分析技术分别检测伤后不同时间大鼠脑皮质、海马等部位细胞色素c(cytochrome c，cyt c)
的表达。 结果对照组大鼠脑内cyt c有微量表达，伤后15分钟表达开始增强，伤后3小时达高峰，1天后开始减弱，
7天后基本恢复正常。 结论 cyt c表达的规律性可望为闭合性颅脑损伤的早期诊断及损伤时间推断提供依据。

【abstract】 ive to search the ive evidence for the diagnosis on early brain injury and for estimating the time
since brain injury． methods some rats were hurt by fluid percussion，then sacrifice at different time after i~ury．the ex—
pression of cyt c was detected by immunohistochemistry，and the results were asesed by image analysis system ． results
there was a slight of cyt c in control group．in treat—group，he expresion of cyt c increased in 15 minutes after
i~ury，and it reached at peaks in 3 hours after injury，and it began to decrease in 1 day，but remain above control levels t．11 7
days． conclusion the regularity of cyt c might be a useful target for diagnosis of early brain injury，and it also
can be used in estimating the time since brain injury．
