大鼠弥漫性脑损伤后早期c-fos基因表达的法医学研究
【摘 要】 目的 观察大鼠弥漫性脑损伤后c—f0s基因表达的规律。方法采用marmarou的弥漫性脑损伤模型,分
别于伤后15 min,30min,lh,3h,6h,12h,24h取脑组织,运用免疫组化sabc法观察c—fos基因的表达。结果 打击后15 min
时,即可观察到c—fos基因的表达,1 h后表达明显增加,3 h达到高峰,随着损伤时间的延长,阳性反应细胞逐渐减少,24 h
可见少量表达。表达呈弥漫性,以皮层、脑干最为明显,不同部位的变化趋势一致。对照组未见阳性反应细胞 结论c—
fos基因的表达规律可用于弥漫性脑损伤的早期鉴定及损伤经过时间的推断

脑损伤是法医学鉴定中最常见的损伤,弥漫性脑
损伤(diffuse brain injury.dbi)作为闭合性脑损伤的一
种,多见于交通事故。c—fos基因属于即刻早基因家族
(immediate early gene,iegs),在正常情况下参与神经
细胞的生长、发育、分化、记忆和信息传递过程,生理
情况下不易被检测到。当神经组织受到病理性刺激如
脑缺血、外伤等作用后,c—fos基因快速表达,02] 因
此被称为快速反应原癌基因。c—fos基因表达是神经
组织受伤害的早期指标。目前有关dbi后
