医事法学专业作为一门新兴交叉专业，正随着社
会的发展得到人们越来越多的关注．各大医学院校纷
纷瞄准了这一趋势，在短短几年内先后有三十多家高
等医学院校开设了医事法学专业或卫生法学本科专
业。医事法学专业人才的培养和社会需求也因此变得
越来越迫切

、医事法律本科人才培养面临的问题
针对医学院校专业性比较强．医学基础雄厚的学
科优势，医事法学不可避免地存在专业面窄、影响面小
的尴尬处境。尤其是在医学院校的大背景、大环境下
显得尤为突m 从我校医事法学专业开设的情况看，
存在两大问题：一是专业发展环境和前景问题，二是专
业课程设置问题。
(一)专业发展面临的环境不利
主要是与一直以来传统法学教育忽视医事法学教
育的因素有关，政法院校囿于医学的专业化。不具有开
