【摘要1目的 探讨输卵管妊娠破裂死亡的特点。方法 对1990-2005年10月间华西医科大学法医学院14例输卵管
妊娠破裂死亡尸检病例进行分析。结果死亡病例以31—34岁之间居多，职业以农民、个体户、待业多见。孕次和流产的关系
分析表明，其妊娠破裂以生育过、怀孕2 4次、流产2—4次居多。危险因素以宫内安置节育环、不育症为主。输卵管妊娠死亡
多发生在区级医院及个体卫生所，以菌痢治疗多见。尸解所见均为腹腔积血，病理观察见绒毛组织结构，且符合失血性休克的
病理改变。结论孕龄期妇女应注意月经期，出现闭经及腹部不适症状应急时到医院做检查，医院同时应做hcg检查及b
超检查以便做出正确诊断及治疗。

【abstract】 ive to explore the characteristics of death caused by ruptured tubal pregnancy．methods the detail patho—
logical data of 14 cases of ruptured tubal pregnancy death， collected from college of forensic medicine west china university of
medical sciences from 1990 to oct，2005，were retrospectively analyzed．results majority of the dead were farmers，the self-em—
ployed and unemployed in term s of occupation；aged from 3 1 to 34 yrs．most had produced children，had pregnancy or abortion for
two to four times．iud(intrauterine devise use)and infertility treatment were the main risk factors．frequently，ruptured tubal pregnancy
death took place in hospitals at district level and private clinic，mistreated as bacteria diarrhea．intraabodominal hemorrahage
and chorionic form were seen in gross and microscope respectively．conclusion productive age women should pay close attention to
menses period．for correct diagnosis and treatment，take the hcg level test as well as ultrasonic examination if there is amenorhea
and abdomen discomfort．

宫内膜以外其他部位组织的妊娠，其中输卵管妊娠最
多见，输卵管妊娠破裂是早期妊娠的主要死因之一．

置避孕环、口服避孕药、输卵管结扎，或医患双方都认
为是宫内孕而做药物、清宫流产
