t摘要1目的 观察大鼠脑挫伤后不同时间内hspt0蛋白表达的变化关系，探讨其与脑损伤时间的关系。方法 应用免
疫组织化学染色观察自由落体撞击大鼠脑挫伤后hspt0蛋白在伤后不同时间(0．5 h、6 h、12 h、24 h、3 d、7 d、14 d、28 d)表达
情况。结果0．5 h伤侧皮质挫伤灶周围hspt0阳性细胞表达开始增强，12 h达高峰，24 h降至较低，3 d又再次升高，以后逐
渐下降．28 d恢复至正常对照组水平。结论hspt0免疫组化染色可以作为法医学推断早期脑损伤时间的敏感性指标之一；
hspt0可作为判断脑损伤是否存在及区分生前和死后脑损伤的重要标志。

【abstract】 ive to observe the change of hspt0 at various intervals in experimental traumatic brain injury and investigate
the relationship between the alteration and post-injury interva1． methods 1 e animal model of cerebral contusion was established by
impact to the parietal lobe with a free fall weight．the rats in the treatment group were killed after various survival interval(0．5 h、6 h、
12 h、24 h、3 d、7 d、14 d an d 28 d1．immunohistochemistry sp method was used to evaluate the of hsp70．results expres—
sion of hspt0 positive cells increased at 0．5 h and reached the maximum level 12 h after brain contusion， then the de—
creased gradually to 24 h．the intensity of hspt0 staining increased to a high level at 3 d and decreased to normal at 28 d．
conclusion the changes of hspt0 immunohistochemical staining can be used as a sensitive data for estimating the early post-injury
time in forensic medicine aspect．th e of hspt0 also can be used as an important identification to diagnose brain injury and
to distinguish antemortem and postmortem brain injury．

脑损伤后，脑组织的形态结构及功能均会发生显
著变化并可表达多种生物活性物质，利用这些改变可
以用来推断脑损伤时间。[1-5]然而，脑损伤时间的推断
需要多指标综合分析判断，寻找一些与损伤时间具有
良好相关性的指标是法医学研究的重要内容之一 本
实验通过观察自由落体撞击大鼠脑挫伤后hsp 70表
达情况， 旨在揭示其表达与脑损伤时间变化关系，探
讨hsp 70蛋白是否可作为推断脑损伤时间的敏感性
分子标志物，为早期脑损伤时间的法医学鉴定提供依
据。
材料与方法
一
、材料
成年sd雄性大鼠46只(华中科技大学同济医学
院实验动物中心提供)，体重300±50 g。随机分成脑
损伤(伤后o．5 h、6 h、12 h、1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d及28 d
共6组，每组5只)、正常对照组(
